Refund Policy

At Stack Learner, we strive to provide a rewarding learning experience. However, if our offerings do not meet your expectations, we have established the following refund and exchange policies.

Refund Policy

1.1 General Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@stacklearner.com.
  2. Refund eligibility requires compliance with all attendance and participation requirements for workshops and subscriptions, as detailed below.
  3. Refunds will be denied under the following circumstances:
    • Violation of Community Guidelines.
    • If the workshop was purchased as part of an exchange for a prior refund.
    • Enrolled workshop includes participation in a pre-assessment or if the participant fails the pre-assessment.

1.2 Workshop Refunds

  1. Live Workshops (Multi-Day):
    • Refund requests must be made immediately after completing Day 1.
    • Refund requests will not be entertained once Day 2 of the workshop has started.
    • Full attendance is mandatory for eligibility.
  2. One-Day Workshops:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the starting time of the workshop.
    • Full attendance is mandatory for eligibility.

1.3 Subscription Plan Refunds

  • Refund requests for subscriptions must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be granted for requests submitted after this period.

1.4 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, mobile financial service, or card).
  • Processing time is typically 10--15 business days from the date of refund approval.
  • A confirmation email with the Transaction ID will be sent upon successful processing.
  • Once the refund is processed, the associated workshop or subscription will be removed from the user's profile. Re-enrollment will require repurchase.

Exchange Policy

2.1 General Conditions for Exchanges

  1. Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. Workshops are eligible for exchange if:
    • They have not been exchanged previously.
    • The new workshop's price is equal to or greater than the original workshop.
    • If the new workshop costs more, the price difference must be paid.

2.2 How to Request an Exchange

Submit an exchange request via email to support@stacklearner.com with the following details:

    • Registration email.
    • Phone number.
    • Original workshop details and the preferred workshop.

Attendance Requirements

  • Refund eligibility for workshops requires full attendance for Day 1.
  • For One-Day Workshops, full attendance is mandatory, and refund requests must be made before the session ends.

Workshop Cancellations by Stack Learner

  • If fewer than 25% of the available seats are filled, Stack Learner reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop.
  • In case of cancellation by Stack Learner, participants will receive a full refund.

Policy Updates

Stack Learner reserves the right to modify this refund and exchange policy at any time. We encourage users to review the policy periodically to stay informed.
